MIKE SCHULTZ INC

Terrible, this has to be one of the worst companies I've every worked with. Unfortunately we found this out too late. We signed papers to have our home build April 11th, 2006, as of March 22nd, 2007 we are still unable to move in. They keep screwing up everything they do. The bricks on the front of the house are falling off daily. The wood used to build the deck is splitting and ready to fall down and they still have not finished staining it. Their management and communications skills are non-existent. My advise, stay away from this company unless you like being treated poorly and with no respect. And if you like having sleepless nights worrying whether you will get into your house, then this is the company your looking for. I'm sure they will lie to you the same way they lied to us, over, and over and over. Rest assured, if their mouth is moving, its a lie.

I think they did a pretty good job on the hose. I thought that it could have been a little better. I know that there is nothing that I can do about it now, but overall, they did an ok job.
