 + 0 moreI loved Masters! Their customer service was awesome. I had looked all over the place trying to find flooring for my basement laundry room. I love the look of wood, but didn't want to risk water damage. They were so helpful in finding me the perfect solution for the perfect price. They called around to the manufacturers to get the price down to what I needed it to be. They ended up saving me hundreds of $$ and got me the look and product I needed on a budget, plus had their professional installers give us advice on how to install (even though they weren't getting paid for install-we did it on our own) Thanks so much we love the floor!!

carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe tile was not completed in timely manner, but the carpet was. The final cost was close to the estimated cost. They were very polite and courteous and cleaned up well after themselves.
Description of Work: They came out and ripped out tile and carpet. They laid new carpet and new tile.
