The company provided extremely limited and poor instructions on how to set up the system. I had to call several times just to find out things that I should have been informed of when I purchased the system. I still do not know for certain what settings many of the controls related to my alarm system are set to. On two occasions I called and asked them to do something, but they never got back to me about whether they actually performed the service I requested. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I bought this system from Costco and installed it myself. It was a pretty straight forward install but I had a few questions. I called Link Home Security and they spent time walking me through everything. Travis at tech support was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this.

The experience was very good. They are a good company. I continue to use their service for monitoring purpose. They don’t come out to the house but I talk to them on the phone. The cost is very inexpensive. They are very responsive. They call me back within minutes.

They have been fine. I haven't used them a whole lot. I have no problems recommending them.The pricing is fine.

It went well. They were good in monitoring. It's a cellular system so you need a telephone line. You have apps in your phones where you can disarm or am the system. You see time coordination if you have alarm that goes off or lose control that modifies you immediately. You also have cameras, smoke alarms, and entry point detector. I like everything about them. They're the lowest in the business for what services you get.

The phone service and support were excellent. The system was easy to install using the directions provided. We bought the basic package and it took about an hour for the two of us to set everything up. The online interface and app are also really easy to use. We have not had any issues yet so we can't speak to the monitoring aspect.

I did a fair amount of research on homeowner-installed security alarm/monitoring/automation systems, and Link Home Security was consistently highly-rated. I purchased my system through Costco, and installed it myself over the course of an afternoon. I'm moderately, "handy", and it me about 3 hours to complete the installation -- which included door monitors, smoke/freeze detector, motion detector, thermostat, and 2 light controls. It probably would have only taken me about 90 minutes to complete the installation if the control panel had not had a relatively minor power supply/wiring issue that had to be corrected in order for the control panel to receive power. I called technical support, and the technician (Travis) was very helpful, and he talked me through the correction process. The system, overall, is very intuitive, has many options available (ability to access the system via the web, and also via smartphone or tablet, is awesome!), and customer service has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Link Home Security to a friend.

I did a lot of research before deciding on a home security system. I looked into Xfinity Home, ADT, and a few other smaller outfits. I went with the Link system through Costco because it offered a great deal for the price. Link is basically an Alarm.com dealer, a cellular-based alarm and home automation system, completely wireless (except for the control panel, which needs to be plugged in). No wired sensors or professional installation necessary! The system itself cost about $200, including the motion sensor, 3 sensors, wireless thermostat, 3 door/window sensors, smoke/heat detector, and 2 lighting modules, and is practically infinitely expandable. If you don't mind self-installation, it's a truly excellent system. Every component can be monitored through smartphone, tablet, or computer. My favorite part is the thermostat, which is every bit as good as the Nest thermostat, if not better. Maybe not as slick (not designed by Apple), but has all the functionality at a fraction of the price. It can be automated based on your (phone's) location, and can be controlled remotely. I had one false alarm, which was my fault. But I was called and texted promptly when it happened, so now I know the system works. In short, I'm very happy so far.

I am quite pleased with their monitoring service and feel confident my family is safe and secure while the alarm system is active.They respond in a professional manner and their monthly fee is reasonable.

It couldn't have gone better. The guys at Link Home Security were terrific and helped me get my system up and running in no time. They got my system connected and my home was secured within a short period of time. I would highly recommend using Link Home Security for all your Home Security needs !!
