Description of Work: I've had this security system in continuous use since I installed it in September 2013. I installed the system entirely myself with only one call to Link to clarify one of the instructions. I use remote access features to arm, disarm and monitor the status of my alarm via i-Phone. The remote access features are provided over the Internet by Alarm.com. The 2GIG control panel and sensors employed by Link are easy to use. System programming took some reading of the manual but was not at all difficult and became intuitive after I completed the initial programming of my system. Misti and Debbie at Link Security were very helpful with my initial Costco order. I added more sensors after I got my system up and running. I highly recommend the Link Security and Alarm.com team.
