Eventually I decided to go with vinyl siding if a suitable unpainted color could be found. On the basis of Angie's list reviews I contacted Jenn at K.R. Siding about colors to see if any would be close enough to use without painting. She referred me to two suppliers where I checked out colors. None were suitable, but both had aluminum siding similar to what I needed. I checked back with K.R. and they could do the job with aluminum for the same price as vinyl. In addition, they could do the job on short notice before snow came to complicate the job. Jeff came out on Halloween and did a great job; the new siding looks terrific. I recommend them highly.

They got the job done right and it looks great. They worked with the insurance company to resolve differences in estimates and the insurance company agreed to their charges.

The technician who conducted the job was quick and efficient in his work. He came with professional diagrams and measurements of what needed to be done. He was professional in his appearance and speech and the manner in which he worked around my yard. He completed the work well within the time he estimated the job would require.

First crew did not do job right. Owner came to redo job and finish. He did much better job and was prompt. If the first crew never came, it would have been a much better experience

We had them down and then they told us that their minimum service charge was $300. We thought we were buying a $200 worth of miscellaneous repairs but turned out they kind of switched off and said, no you need to pay us 100 bucks. We haven't used them yet and we're not sure if we're going to pay them or not. We had small damaged gutters. The reason I had him come out was to give the cost to fix the gutter that was broken. What I was looking for for was also for them to do an overall assessment of what they can do to improve the whole gutter systems. They passed that altogether and just came back with just a quote on fixing the gutter that was broken and not really anything to do analyzing the whole system and figuring out where least blockage occurs and what they could do to minimize the amounts of leaf blockages that we get.

He initially put in something to save me money but it was not done right. We asked him to take it off and redo the whole thing which he did well!! Happy with final product. Would use in future and make sure Mike tells you what he is going to do. He needs to understand what you exactly want

Mike from KR Siding did a great job fixing my gutters, He was thorough, friendly and professional.

It went well. It was a little hard to nail down a time they were coming, but they did a very nice job once they did come. And they cleaned everything up too.

I have called over twenty gutter companies who have advertised in the paper. K R siding is the first company who has returned my call. He came out fairly quickly to see the house and give an estimate. They replaced the gutter when I wasn't home and everything seems to be in order. My only complaint would be that the driveway, porch and garage door were spattered and dirty.

It took them over a week to set up an appointment and it was back and forth phone tag the whole time and they just took another week to get back to me.

Worker cleaned my gross gutters and also completed minor repairs. Very professional can caring company.

Great! The first guy, Mark, came and looked at all the things I wanted done and promptly sent an estimate. I wanted a lot of new things done; i.e. new rain gutter where there had not been any before, new fascia and soffits, etc. The estimate turned out to be more than I could afford so he worked with me and helped me get to a place that would work. The installer arrived on time and worked hard for probably 5 hours. Replaced all the gutters and installed the new section of gutter. Fixed a gutter on the garage that previously had not been draining and now flows downwards toward the drain pipe. He readjusted lots of the drain pipes so they flowed out onto the gardens and flowerbeds rather than the driveway. I have a gravel roof and It makes quite a mess, so he had to empty a lot of the gravel that was in the gutter out onto the porch and driveway. He swept it up a little but I had to do a lot of that after he left. That would be my only complaint. It has not rained since they were installed yesterday, so I don't know how them work yet. But I am not worried. The installer was very professional and courteous and the new gutters look great!

We never actually had them to do the work because we ended up getting raid off the week before they were going to do the work. So I cancelled the job to save money. We were happy with the bid. There were no issues on their side. Everything went well when we had the bid.

We struggled with exactly how to side the house and went back and forth for quite a while. They were very patient with us, not pushy at all. We finally went with vinyl siding with the appearance of shingles. A very traditional look and perfect for our house. It was more expensive than traditional siding, but their price was quite a bit better than some of our other bids. The quality of the siding is excellent and the house looks beautiful. We've gotten quite a few complements. The work was done by 2 people. They were friendly, polite, hard working, and good with our dogs. Progress was a little slow due to snow, but that couldn't be helped. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left the yard perfectly clean when the job was done. Their supervisor stopped by to check on the progress a couple of times and was very detail oriented. We have no complaints and were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job.

KR responded well to my request for a bid._x000D_|The job was completed on time and at the cost given._x000D_|They gave me a reasonable time when the work could be done and were proactive in moving up the scheduled installation date._x000D_|The installer called me from the site and confirmed installation details.

The worker did a fabulous and good job. We were so pleased with the price and the excellent work this company does.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

Dec 1 2012 after the horrible winds, I was in need of new sidding. The insurance company would cover the siding but if I wanted new facia and gutters, I would need to pay for those items. The insurance adjustor works with KR Siding. The very nice owner of KR Siding came out to bid my siding and also bid new gutters, leaf guard, and soffit and facia separate from the siding bid. I had gotten bids before the wind storm from other companies for soffit and sacia and new gutters and they were $800 more than KR and did NOT include the wraps around the doors or the leaf guards in the gutters. KR Siding employees were very friendly and courteous, they worked as timely as they could with how busy they were from the wind storm business and they cleaned up after themselves each and every day they were at my home. They did a super job and the price was excellent. I would deffinitly use them again and referr them to friends and family.
