 + -1 moreNearly impossible to get them on the phone. Will not return calls. Horrible service! The one thing they did get partially done (the replacement of the lights), I was told that they had checked for weeks, and they would not work/fit (LED lights). One 10 minute call by me to the manufacturer, found that there was a simple adapter ring that was needed. I had another company complete the job. I still have a bent up trim ring on the light (that definitely shows), from this company's (Jake's) job. Frankly, I would not trust them to even service my pool!!
Description of Work: Replace pool lights. Bid to get new pool equipment (which was accepted, but never installed).

All work preformed very well, components that were disconnected were put away and the pool winterized and prepped for spring opening and then covered. Very efficient and pleasant service personnel We will be utilizing their services in the Spring.

 + -1 moreEverything went very well. The pool was ready for our return home after an extended trip. Unlike the old liner which continually leaked water, this one holds the water without loss. We are very pleased with the quality of the service and with Jake himself.
Description of Work: Jake removed my old liner, replaced it with a new one, used new fittings and gaskets where needed, and refilled the pool.

 + -1 moreAnyone who has a pool in the Salt Lake area probably knows how difficult it is to get a reliable, on-time, and honest pool repair person to help them with pool troubles/closings/openings, etc. We've had our share of big pool companies that either don't show up, won't show up for days or try to sell you on some equipment/chemical you don't need or is too expensive. Jake is a one-man show (although I think he has a cousin working for him, but don't quote me). He does good work, is reasonably priced and helpful, especially when it comes to answering the dozens of questions my husband had about the pool/pool chemistry. Best of all, he shows up when he is scheduled. We've had him open and close our pool several times and are happy with his service.
Description of Work: Regular pool openings and closings, minor repairs.
