great to work with

Jose and his crew worked hard. Priced the project fairly and did what I asked.

First off there was a Huge communication barrier. They gave me a quote after taking pictures/videos. I expected the quote and hired them. They started 3 hours later than when they said they would be there. Then worked the first day and wanted to be paid before finishing the work. I agreed to pay them for the half they had completed and the balance after completion. They kept hounding me for money before the work was done, said they needed it for material, which the payment I had already given them would of paid for all the material. Not only the money situation with these people, but they used the dumpster that I had ordered for cleaning out a house , never asking me if that was ok. Then after filling it up I asked them NOT to put anything else in it that it was full and I had no room for what I paid to put in it. Well the very next day they started throwing grass into it, I called and told them to stop and went the rounds about using it in the first place. They tried to tell me that it would of cost me more if they hauled it away, I told them if that was the case it should of been in the bid. They had right to assume that the dumpster. Was there for there using. I have worked with other yard services and never once did they leave the garbage behind. They haul it away and dispose of it. I had also asked them to not break the sprinklers while replacing the grass, so sure enough when they got half way done and had left for the day, we tried the sprinklers and sure enough majority of them were cut right off, and covered up with grass. So I took pictures and they came back up to look. And then started up about giving them more money to cover material. I told them absolutely not until the work was done to my satisfaction. This has been a total joke from day one. I will NEVER hire these people again. The work they have done is nice but everything we have gone through to get here is a total joke.
