Responded as scheduled, kept me updated on ETA, and quickly diagnosed my gas oven, which was leaking gas. Because it was a connection problem, it required parts not typically stocked on his truck, which is perfectly understandable. Very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue and offered suggestions on how to correct the issue. We will use Integrity in the future.

If everyone would run and manage their business like Integrity Appliance and Repair, we would all be a much happier people. Old fashioned service that you can count on. When they say theyâ ll be there they will! Thatâ s Integrity! Great job Don!

My repairman was great. He couldn’t get it to show the problem I was having (of course), but he basically did a tune up and told me the items that were wearing out inside the dryer. There was no pressure to replace those parts. I chose to wait until those parts actually break (and not just worn). I would hire them again.
