Ended up not fixing a washer due to the cost compared with a new one. Glad he checked it out, though.

Don was able to add up the needed repairs and informed me that it wouldn't be worth it to me to fix my appliance. A new one would serve me better and suggested good ones he knew were on sale at Home Improvement centers. I appreciated that.

Don really needs to work on his communication skills though at the end it got better. That being said the problem with my range top wasn't a simple fix. It took three visits (not Dons fault but GE's) though the communication wasn't great ...his knowledge was superior. Based on my explanation of the problem I was given a quote. The amount of time Don had to spend on this was hours beyond what I'm sure he expected to spend and yet not one mention of an additional charge. He is honest, reputable, beyond knowledgeable in his field. Frustration aside I would hire this company again in a heartbeat

Don promptly phoned me to schedule service, was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, & thanked me for my business three times. The new ice maker he installed in my KitchenAid built-in refrigerator works again like a dream. I would highly recommend you let Don take care of any appliance issues you might encounter.

Integrity Appliance Repair came out and repaired my 30 year old dishwasher. Donald did a fantastic job. He was even able to find new racks for my dishwasher. Yes I would and have referred him to all my friends and family.

The company called immediately to schedule a service appointment for the same day. The repairman called to report a delay in arrival but did come. The parts were ordered and the repair completed the next day. First rate service.
