Is there a way to give zero stars? Did you all know that they switched over to monthly billing and there is NO WAY to get your money back. They sent an e mail they claim. But there employees entered my email wrong so I never got it. They said sorry, in the service agreement it says we can change billing at any time. So unless I keep their services and have them bill me 2 more months and continue services until February, I am out the money. This is WRONG. They are basically stealing my money and I have NO RECOURSE. How many other people are they taking money from and not delivering service?

Contacted me right away, Eric came over and discuss the problem I was having and they just happen to be in the neighborhood and they came over later that day. Took care of the problem and other things at a very reasonable price.

These liars charged me for an inspection 2 days before the inspection even happened! And they assured me I wouldn?t be charged until after the inspection. Don?t give them your credit card information until AFTER they perform the service. And just go with a different company. They are not honest

We were quoted different prices by sales rep and the inspector. The sales rep quoted us $1,200 for full house treatment but during inspector said the price quoted was wrong/mistake because the price for full house treatment is $1,800 NOT $1,200

The rate for the service is phenomenal.

So much trouble. Sold me bait treatment for my rental home. Gave all info paid in full. Later they called back and said they cannot use bait for termites in California. Promised refund. Its been several calls and days still cannot track down a refund. Spoke to Taylor who originally said they would mail out check because refund would not backup on a credit card. No check, no refund, no call. Ugh!!

Matt called on the way, showed up on time. Took care of the pests and explained everything. Great job
