+ -1 moreJed Black is owner of this company. His estimate form states that he has been in business since 1993 and that he provides quality service. He came to our home and gave me an estimate for the work that he would perform. His crew came and quickly replanted our flower beds. He added some weed barrier cloth, wood chips, five rocks, and 30 plants.I paid him He said to let him know if any of the plants died as they were under warranty until November 2011. Within two weeks Several plants had died. Altogether, over 12 plants have now died. I tried to call him six times to have him come back and replant the plants that had died. I left messages asking him to call me back. However, he has never returned my calls. I would definitely not recommend using this landscaping service.
