Awful, I paid him $8600.00 in cash up front. He removed landscaping to only leave a mess. He removed and started the deck and that’s when the job was haulted. He told us he took on”to much work” as our yard was a mess for to weeks. The deck looked like a young child did the work. He reported purchasing the door from Wheel Wright and can’t get reimbursed, they had no order at Wheel Wright. Preston did nothing but take $8600 and now we will be going to court! He will not respond to calls and reports a contract was signed. Nothing was signed other than the invoice which was paid. Department of Licensing and Better Business Bureau has been contacted. I have so many upsetting pictures!

We were in the middle of this project and I kicked off without hesitation by [Member Name Removed]. We purchased $7,800.00 worth of decking materials and put $1,200 dollars worth of labor into this job. Demoed the entire deck, tore out all the plants she told me to. We did not even get the chance to fix our mistakes even though I told he I would. Yes, we could not reimburse her for that money because we already purchased the materials and cut them I they are non refundable. We were being slow I do admit that but we would have fixed our mistakes if she would have let us. [Member Name Removed], I have not received one phone call from you since the day you kick me off the job. We texted and I told you we could not reimburse your because of the reasons above. Preston and his team were very professional and did a great job! The sub-contractors he has are easy to work with and very compitent. He communicates well and was always there when I had questions. Great experience!
Description of Work: Run power from existing building to pole barn, including concrete replacement, underground buried cable in conduit.
