GIANT CARPET ONE FLOOR & HOME

We had mixed feelings on this. The guy who waited on us was nice and the showed up the carpet we got. It was a good quality carpet and a good deal but we were not enthusiastic about going that way. He kept saying we liked this one and it was soft. He kept telling us it was a good deal. the care still looks perfectly straight after seven months.

Terrible first impression and experience. My husband and I walked into the shop early Saturday morning and there was only one sales guy there, talking on the phone behind a desk. After waiting 25 minutes while he remained on the phone, we finally walked out. At one point, I walked over to the desk and he looked at me, but continued his conversation. We decided that was lousy customer service and since he didn't care about us, he wasn't worth the wait.

Asked for an estimate for carpeting, pad and install. Guy came out and measured but never gave me the estimate. I called after three days and he was still working on it. After a week, he said he couldn't figure out how to email it but I could come down to the store to get it. I called again to see if he would be there but he wasn't and the estimate was with him. Went with another company.

They were great, we were very happy with it. They had the kind of carpet I wanted and they installed it within a couple of days of us ordering it. They were really fast and professional, it was great.

The customer service, the responsiveness was excellent. The service lady came right out and her schedule is flexible. I tried another company that was not willing to work around my schedule but Carpet Giant has come in the evening and the saleslady has given me her cell phone number.

Renee, the sales person was very helpful in finding what we wanted and in deciding how much carpet we needed. I had already measured the room but she offered to come and measure it if we wanted her to. The person who installed it was prompt and did a good job, the carpet looks great. He came when they said he would and was very professional.

They were great. We have used them in the past. They were efficient and clean. They even treated the little one with respect.

Overall, I would say it was a very positive experience. I would recommend them to family and friends. They are friendly, courteous, and polite. They gave us an estimate and it was right on.
