Galaxy Tops & Tile

We had a terrible experience. The salesman never wrote anything down and we had to contact them 3 times about the edge detail. Even though we provided them with a pattern for the sink and faucet set, they drilled the hole wrong for the faucet and it had to be installed sideways in order for the handle to not hit the backsplash. Worst of all, after being in use for a while THE SINK FELL OUT!! When I contacted them about it, they said it wasn't their fault and that it would cost me over $300 for their guys to fix it.

Work was excellent!!! Tile setter was the best we ever used. Will use again. However, They made a mistake on the billing and didn't correct it.

I have 3 neighbors who have recently had tile placed by Dennis Miconi and his staff. Their work looked flawless, so I took the plunge and hired them. Glenn, and quot;the tile guyand quot;, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. His work is beyond impressive! I had small tiles placed with 1/16 inch grout. It was a difficult job that required intricate, thorough craftsmanship, and Glenn is the ultimate perfectionist. I spoke with Chris Miconi and Dennis several times. Both were professional, kind, and honest. Bid: Timely, thorough, comparable Demolition: Tidy, quick Installation: Glen took the time to make it look perfect! Finished product: I couldn't be happier. My bathroom floors look incredible!

We spent $600 for the job. We had a great experience with him. We have lots of bathrooms, and he was wiling to pretty much do whatever we needed. That was an unconventional job, and he did a great job of it. We had the work done in a bathroom, but it wasn't the standard countertop. It was a couple of vanities and a sink. It was kind of a makeshift bathroom. If we need to, we would use him again in the future.

Quality of work was very-good to excellent. The tile portion of the project went off without a hitch. The main problem I have with this company is with the granite work . As I stated, quality is top notch but the agreed to times and dates for installation was a constant frustration because they were either late or didn't show up at all. I learned that to get them here on time or to call if they were running behind I had to call the owner and complain and then we seemed to be ok. By the time the final granite project was completed (fireplace) they had improved their responsiveness. Don't blow this company off because of this review because we were satisfied with the work, just know in advance you have to stay on the granite guy close and the first time he's late call the owner. I didn't rate punctuality or responsiveness lower because the tile guys were always on time or early.

It was amazing. They seemed to have our best interests in mind and wanted to make sure that we were happy. It was an excellent job overall.
