 + -1 moreThey provide you all the pre-programed material and you install. Installation was easy and instructions were pretty good. Had one hick-up but tech support walked me thru it and it was not a a problem.

 + -1 more1. They knock on your door, your home security company has been bought out. 2. They offer a new contract, problem is that your old company is still active and you are still under contract. 3. You get bad customer service rude language and shouting. 4. The customer service representative can not help, they have to let one person call you back. There is only one person that can take care of your complaints. 5. Phones are commonly busy or they are redirected to a voice message.
Description of Work: This provider gave confusing information, they offer home security service because your old company has been bought out. When you contact your old company you find out that you are still under contract. At this point you are technically in two contracts and a very bad headache.
