We worked with a salesman who did a great job translating our desires into a design for our home. We paid 50% up front and were told that the project should be ready for installation in 3 weeks. We then began to tear out and remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. The agreement was that we would do them first as phase one. We completed the remodel and were told our cabinets would be ready on Monday. My wife stayed home and waited all day and finally called the company. They were sorry, but the cabinets would be deliveried on Tuesday. Again my wife waited and late into the day called the company again. Again they were sorry, but the cabinets would be deliveried on Wednesday. Again my wife waited and finally called the company and was told that the cabinets were not even built yet and that they would not go into production until Thursday. We then had to call our contractor and delay several other jobs. Finally a week and half later the cabinet bases arrived no doors or drawers and no upper cabinets, just enough to start tiling. Later in the evening we noticed that the sink base was no centered under the window. The company responded and redesigned the cabinetry but we had to move the bar out so that the back door interfered with the bar stools. We accepted so that the whole base design would not be redone. After the tile was done the company began to complete the job. They often told us they were coming and then didn't come. They frequently would say that they would be at our home in the morning and then would show up late in the afternoon for a couple of hours. Finally in a meeting to close out the project we expressed our dissatifaction as we had through out the project and were greeted with the contract terms that were totally in the companies favor and derided for wanting some compensation for the inconveince (inconveince doesn't begin to describe our experience) we suffered. We check with several people who felt we had been treated badly and the owner admitted as much. We could never recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: We had the company build and install custom oak cabinetry in the kitchen, main bathroom, master bath room, and the laundry room in our home.
