If there were an option for zero or negative stars, that is absolutely what I would be giving. We purchased 4 large appliances, spending thousands of dollars on them. On delivery their guys tracked in 3-4 inch globs of mud, broke items on our ceiling as they hit the freezer, then smacked the freezer on the metal and concrete in our storage room doorway. We called four times asking them to check the freezer as it would not get down to the temperature of the exact same one next to it. They refused to come but claimed to put an extended warranty on it. Here we are a year after the manufacture warranty and they’re refusing to do anything, claiming it’s our fault for not harassing them until they showed up to view the damage. Sally, the manager, was awful to deal with throwing out accusations like everything had been our fault even after talking to their own delivery guys and their admission to all that they had done. As if the damaged top of the door could have been caused by anything but exactly what their guys hit! Never again! I will go absolutely ANYWHERE but here and tell everyone I know and talk to.

Very poor customer service. Once they have your money you are forgotten.
Description of Work: I've been trying to get an over the range microwave from them for 2 years. Every time I called I was told it would have to be ordered and would be a couple of months. I finally just settled for something they had in stock. Weeks later I now have a gaping hole in my kitchen and no microwave. I do not recommend this store for anything.

We bought a dishwasher from Boyle a year ago and liked their customer service and professional installation so when we needed a big order for our kitchen remodel we chose to go with them. They did not disappoint. Pam is professional and really knows her stuff. She got all the special order appliances in just when we needed them and answered all my post sale questions as well. They are a local company and very competitive with their pricing. They stock everything from entry level to professional cooking appliances. We were very happy with them.

They have always done a fantastic job. I didn't think a new set of washer/dryer would fit in appropriate area so they sent a gentleman to see what could be done and in the mean time they took appliances back and held it - no charge to me. WOW! Concerning the dishwasher - I ended up paying less for a new dishwasher than the repair would have been and I wouldn't have even paid retail for the motor.
Description of Work: I tried to repair my dishwasher but the motor at their cost was just too costly so they recommended not not repair. I ended up purchasing a new dishwasher. Just prior to that my washer broke down and my friends purchased a new washer/dryer for me because I didn't have the money for anything new. 1 1/2 years ago I had a kitchen fire the night after Xmas in my and my microwave caught on fire. This ws the first time I had been to Boyle Appliance. I looked and Smelled horrific because I had smoke damage in my entire home but didn't realize it that next morning. Boyle Appliance (FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS) was so wonderful and made some recommendations and gave me a great deal but held it until the insurance company sent damage folks in to clean.

The first purchase was done over the phone. All went very well. We were so happy we bought another set for a condo. That went very well too! The appointment times were met, the old appliances were moved and or removed from the premises. The staff were always friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Our sales person (Pam) was excellent. There was an issue with the lint screen on one of the dryers. It was taken care of very quickly. We will definitely see them first when we buy appliances again.
