dumpster service
+ -1 moreCalled back two days before dumpster needed. Driver called early in the day to request a later delivery time - was very polite. Upon arrival, driver explained use of dumpster, took great care placing the dumpster on the flat portion of our driveway, and he opened large swing-door at back to allow us to walk items into the dumpster. Glad he opened it - I couldn't have done it myself. Let us know to not stack items above the rim. Asked him procedure if we needed this one moved and another one brought in. Turns out we needed the dumpster emptied and a new one delivered by noon the next day. Called office and set things in motion. Driver arrived at noon, placed empty dumpster in street. Carted full dumpster out to the street. Hooked up empty dumpster, backed it into driveway, opened door. Loaded full dumpster and off he went. VERY EFFICIENT and POLITE. Will call for pick up when second dumpster is full (and or the house is emptied!)
Description of Work: I needed a dumpster delivered to my deceased mom's home. Mom never threw anything away! Called several dumpster service providers, got best phone customer service from Arrow. Mom's neighbor currently using their service and very pleased. Having never rented a dumpster before, I had lots of "dumb" questions, but Jenny was very patient and explained the entire process. No TVS, electronics, tires or chemical items allowed. Call at least two days prior to delivery date. Pay with credit card on the phone. 15 sq. yard and 30 sq. yard dumpsters available. Website needs to be updated. Reasonable prices compared to other providers. City regulation that dumpsters in residential areas are not allowed parked overnight on the street. Four hour delivery window provided. Price for a 30 sq. yard dumpster includes delivery, pick up and 3 ton total. Over 3 tons is $35 per ton additional charge. Should be present for delivery to ensure proper placement. Do not to be need present for the pick up. No limit on how long we could keep the dumpster, just to call and let them know when we were ready for pick-up.
