He showed up on time and was very nice. He was not there to try to find something wrong with the door even though we got him on one of Angie's coupon deals. He checked everything and all for the price of the coupon. I would definitely use them again.

The service was okay. There was an additional charge because they had to replace all the rollers on the side. This was the first time I had used them and I called them back again later to fix a broken spring. I like that they were quick. I liked everything about them and I would recommend them.

Excellent service. Technician came right on time. Serviced 2 garage doors and suggested future improvements without being pushy. Results were very impressing as amount of noise from opening\closing garage doors was decreased significantly.

Inspection was very helpful and insightful. No actual service was performed on the door, so I can't comment on that part of their company. I would call them again if I had any problems.

Eventually, it turned out alright. They screwed up and blew the circuit board by not unplugging something. They installed a new circuit board. Eventually, it worked but it wasn't a smooth process. They came out pretty quick. It was a fiasco for a while. The actual thing costs what it costs and they observed the cost of the thing they broke. I did actually want something else and then they convinced me to buy something else. I actually wanted to get a new keypad. They did tell me I should buy something else and I bought it. I paid $100 on top of the big deal purchase. They can be a bit more careful when they are doing things so that they remember to unplug whatever it is they need to unplug so that it doesn't fry the entire logic board. Other than that, it was fine. It was not as smooth as we hoped. They're not great but they're not horrible.

I was told even though I had 3 doors, if they could evaluate and do maintenance on them in an hour they would include all doors in the deal. I didn't expect that and it was very nice of them. The gentleman was right on time, went right to work and told us what was needed. One of the doors kept coming off the track so we knew we would need 'extra' work on that one. Turns out the wheels needed to be replaced which I thought was a big deal but it really wasn't so we had him do all three doors while he was here. Very reasonable price. Now they're all running quiet and smooth! I'd hire them again in a minute!

The big deal from Advanced Door, LC. for a complete garage door tune up was excellent too. I did spend more than the big deal. They were timely and responsive. They did a good job. I will use this provider again in the future.

The serviceman showed up right on time, explained what the services included and what was not Discussed with me the issues I was having and suggested new rollers be installed. He performed all of this in about 40 minutes The door has worked perfectly since. They were very professional
