Description of Work: replaced the spring on a garage door. Recommended other replacement parts for the 20+ year old doors but willingly replaced the spring only. If we weren't planning on moving soon we would have replaced all the questionable parts.

Description of Work: My garage door was very noisy and jerky when lowering and rising. The serviceman did a complete inspection, lubricated all the bearings, tightened the chain and added braces that were never installed by the original garage-door-installer. The serviceman was very professional and courteous. He took his time to fully explain everything he did and what I should do for regular maintenance.
