Description of Work: Very responsive! We purchased the Angie's List "Big Deal" for a garage door tune-up ($49), and the service was performed the very next day. Paul arrived about a half hour later than scheduled (no big deal), and the inspection and tune-up he did on our garage door yielded a much quieter, smoother-running door than it previously was. He recommended a few things to improve the performance of our door over the long-term. We elected to have him do only one of those things: replace the weather/insulation strip across the bottom of the door. He had the parts with him, and he got the work done quickly and at a reasonable price ($96). All in all, this was a very smooth and enjoyable experience with Advanced Door, LC.

Description of Work: Got a garage door tune up for $49. Technician adjusted doors and when my husband noticed the door was still hitting the frame he found that the bolts were over tightened and stripped.

Description of Work: I bought a 22-point inspection and service on Angie's list. They came and talked me into spending an additional $70 on rollers that I don't believe needed to be changed. Service was fine and I am sure the rollers will be great but I think this is all the plan. Offer an insignificant maintenance deal and then find things to charge for.

Description of Work: My issue was mostly diagnostic. Provider was very knowledgeable, and helpfully clear in analysis and explanation of problems and solutions. He offered one option that did not require anything from him, and I thought that was evidence of integrity and good will.

Description of Work: I wanted to have my garage door checked as I have had the house for 2 years, and I didn't know if it had ever been serviced. Advanced was used due to a Big Deal and they did more than I had anticipated needing, but they informed me every step of the way. Well worth the extra dollars! My garage door is now much quieter when used. They even left me a can of lubricant to use until my next check-up! Thanks!

Description of Work: Checked my garage door for operation and condition. I told the tech that I had a popping sound when the door opened, he discovered that my rollers were heavily worn,after 20 year seamed reasonable. they replaced the rollers with nylon rollers, the quietest my has ever been now.
