Isaiah Diaz showed up to replace a broken spring. He was respectful and polite right from the start, he's a very nice kid. He replaced both springs and when he finished he didn't like how heavy the door felt and explained how he could keep tightening the springs but it would shorten there life. He took them off and replaced them with heavier springs that worked a lot better. I really appreciated his honesty and doing the job right. I will definitely call him again.

Albert was friendlly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Did a great job. He deserves an "Attaboy". It was easy to get a timely appointment.

We removed our garage door due to remodeling and it wouldn't work once we replaced it. They were able to rewire the door for it to work again and only charged the service call.

The installer was very personable and showed me everything he was doing. Gave good advice to maintenance of the springs and door. It is a bit pricy, but I it was worth it. Thanks for your help.

This company was very prompt to call and to arrange a convenient time, the work was done perfectly. The 21-point check for other issues that was done was very helpful to manage the maintenance of the garage door.

I called Advance Door and they scheduled Nick to come to my house on a Saturday. He did a fantastic job and really knew what he was doing. He fixed the springs on the garage door and then fixed several rollers that needed to be replaced as well. When we had some jolts the next week, Nick came back right away and fixed what was causing the Issue in less than five minutes. I would highly recommend Advanced Door and Nick who services our door!

this was a job i needed completed as soon as possible, they gave me a call back right away, and sent an associate right away to give me an estimate, i immediately gave permission to go ahead with the work needed, a young man, Tyler Clark was very informative and had all the tools and equipment on his vehicle to complete the job in a short amount of time, was very polite and professional, and explained what he was going to replace at a reasonable price.

We ended up replacing instead of repairing, cheaper in the long run , easier, and added those astetics we're looking for.
