Description of Work: Came out quickly for a quote. Gave us a good price to replace a large window glass. Jerked us around for three months, never were able to do work. We're not responsive when we called to find out what was going on. Would not use them again. Ended up having to use another company. They had us done in two weeks at twice the price but had to get done because winter was coming.

Description of Work: They repaired a window that was leaking air because it was out of alignment.

Description of Work: I called the company's phone number and talked to Mr. Jim Hall, who was very nice on the phone and came to my house for some measurements of my back yard door which I wanted to replace with a slidling vinyl door. We agreed on a price, and he chanrged 50% upfront. The door was supposed to be ready within 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting and not having heard from Accent Windows, I called Mr. Hall, who told me that their shop has been relocated and they have not been able to get a permit from the city for the new location. He was not willing to tell me when my window I had been waiting for would be ready, and all he could say was ''I would be glad to refund you!" The poor communication between the company and the fact they did not bother letting me know and were not willing to take any responsibility for the delay they have caused is what bothers me the most. At 5 weeks, I still don't know when and if I will ever get my window from them. AF
