Bathroom is beautiful, but it took a very long time and the actual work was sporadic. The individual was very unprofessional. Spent more time scheduling and meeting with potential clients than working on the bathroom. Blamed others (plumber, countertops, etc) for delays, but in his absence when I called, they quickly arrived to do their part. Caused water and structural damage to my home and furnishings, was unresponsive to it when I called. Was angry with me because I didn't wait (days) for him to respond. Denied the damage had anything to do with anything he had done in the bathroom, but in the end paid for the water damage and carpet repair and cleaning and gave me a small discount for the damage to my furnishings.

Bathroom is beautiful, However, it took double the estimated time. Project manager had to be encouraged to take care of business and stay on task. I ended up following up having to follow up with the tile, plumbing, and countertop people who responded immediately and said they were just waiting for him to tell them we were ready for them. I had to take more time off from work than planned in order to keep things moving. Also, there was damage to my home which was first ignored, then denied. Ultimately he discounted a little on the cost for the damage.

It was an overall good experience as far and service. Product too expensive; now years later we have come to realize that it is not very good quality like we were promised. The installers were sloppy and the carpet did not take long to ripple. The grout in the tile started to crack and fall out. We have some mold under the linoleum in the corners where water has seeped through. I understand it is years later, and nothing lasts forever; however these problems started approximately 3-4 years after install. We contacted the store and asked this to be repaired and they stated it was "out of the warranty time frame" We will not be shopping there again. It is time for us to replace all the flooring, and we will be going to another business that has much better reviews.

The installer was a day late, but they kept me informed. When the installer came he stayed until the job was done, which I appreciated. They were very careful with my walls and newly painted baseboards. There wasn't much I needed to touch up after they left. Carpet looks and feels great.

The people we worked with were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. They have a very good display of various wood floors and finishes in there showroom. We are very satisfied with the results.

Everyone at Abbey carpet was amazing beginning with the in home estimate to the day they finished. They worked around my schedule and did everything I asked.. plus more! The hardwood turned out beautiful, you would never know where the new and old meet. The installers were great and went above and beyond my expectations adding extra mouldings to give it all a beautiful finish. The installers were very experienced and true artists. They took the time to give me tips and suggestions that have helped my home shine! I would highly recommend Abbey carpet and will definitely use them again.

We wanted to match the carpet on the main level so our needs were very specific. Abbey Carpet of Ogden was the 3rd carpet store we visited. We explained what we were looking for and the salesman took us to a couple of samples that were a near perfect match. We chose the higher quality carpet along with top quality padding and placed the order. The carpet was on sale from the mill for an added bonus. From the initial visit to the completed job Abbey Carpet of Ogden was excellent with one exception - wall damage. The installers damaged the walls in 10 places just days after the professional painters finished. I contacted Abbey Carpet about the damage and they said that was normal. I don't agree - it was sloppiness on the part of the installers. We like the quality of the carpet and the installation but caution others to "normal damage" during installation.

The company was very reliable and laid the carpet on the scheduled date. The salesperson and installers were very knowledgeable and professional. I am quite satisfied with the product and installation.
