Moore Green

Excellent office staff that are kind, considerate and helpful in taking care of any issues that come up. The technicians are knowledgable and courteous and always say "Hello" with a smile. I have never had a problem with Moore Green as they always do their best work and do their very best to satisfy every need. They are personable and make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. Other companies treat you like a number. These guys are the absolute best and very affordable.

At least 3 times I told the call center /spray man that I had a problem with clover in my sidewalk area. This was never resolved. Then I started having dead grass circles in my front lawn. Their expert came over and said it was inadequate watering due to the type of grass. It continued to get worse. So I called again mentioning that I had had a bug problem in the past and that I was watering the same way since 1980. Their expert came again and said it was a watering problem. It continued to spread with 1/2 of my front lawn dead. So their expert came for the 3rd time and said it was grub worms. So I am left with a ruined front lawn. Wouldn't it have been easier to just spray for bugs in the beginning since my yard had a history of them? They did not charge for the bug treatment but I will have to ressod most of my lawn.

Good communication on time they be doing the treatment. Always here when they say they'd be here. Fertalawn is EXPENSIVE and they charge for call-backs, unlike most spray company's. They do a good job

They are very dependable. They give me a time when they will be here next and they are here. There are people who offer less price but I am satisfied with them.
