Description of Work: They arrived on time for the estimate and at the scheduled time for the work. |The gutters are just what we asked for and look great. |They completed the work on time and the crew was easy to work with and gave clear, appreciated suggestions so the end result was everything we expected.

Description of Work: Replace a long gutter across the back of the house and one down the side of the house. Not only was their work done correctly and well but their bidder came when he said he would, the workers came when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to. Everything was cleaned up, properly installed and charged at the bid price. Would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the rain gutters on the entire house and added leaf guard, repaired some damaged soffit, and installed heat "tape" in gutters. They came to do an estimate promptly. They gave us several options of what could be done and then gave their opinion on what would be best for our circumstance. They were on time and efficient when they came to do the job. Great customer service. They were concerned that the job was done right.

Description of Work: install and fix a few gutters

Description of Work: We had used M & M several years ago to replace our existing gutters and had a very good experience. We recently called them to come back and add a new gutter on our new patio and the side of our house where there had not been a gutter before. We had them come out and bid the job, and they were prompt and professional. They warned us that it would be almost 6 weeks before they could do the job, but we weren't in a hurry. They said they would call by a certain date to schedule a time as it got closer, but the date came and went. When I finally called them, they said it would be another 2 weeks. I know it was a small job and they were very busy, but I felt a little brushed aside. They did not apologize for the extra delay or the fact that they didn't call us when they said they would, which was frustrating. However, once we got the date scheduled they arrived promptly and got the job done fast. The guys were very nice and made sure we were happy with the job before they left. I feel like our problems were an isolated incident, but it was a disappointment on an otherwise fine job.

Description of Work: They installed gutters with covers on the front, side and back roof eaves of my condo. I feel like the gutters themselves are a little flimsy, but they have lasted through the winter, so yippee.
