They came earlier than expected which was great. However, they didn't clean up very well from the soffits installation.

Very good. A job well done. Thuroughly cleaned and blew out the gutters and washed out the down spounts (7) with hose. They have never in the 52 years I have lived here been cleaned out this well. 1 man did it all, he was very professional.

They put gutters on a duplex and the back of a small house. They did good work, were punctual and cleaned up everything afterwards. I used my Angies List coupon and was quite happy with them.

The work was completed to my satisfaction. The time between ordering the work and actual completion was over 2 weeks, which seemed overly long to me.

They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. Not much to report and nothing to complain about.

I was told installation would be around 8:00 am but despite repeated statements that someone would be at my house, no one ever came. At 4:00 pm I called again (I think I called 5 times). I said was I was really frustrated that no one was coming today. The woman at the office said "Don't be an ***" and hung up on me. When the installer called later, I cancelled the work.

Bid appointment booked ten days out from day I called. Estimator did not show up at scheduled time. When I called to ask about the no-show, I was told the appointment was scheduled for an hour later in their calendar and the next available appointment was in two-three weeks. I said I would use another company, to which they replied the estimator could stop by when I was not home and email me the estimate. Bid came in highest of three estimates I obtained, although they did offer a discount for using Angie's List.

We purchased the deal through Angie's List but had to pay some extra money which was kind of unpleasant surprise, also the Office rescheduled our initial appointment without notifying us to next day which was another bad surprise. But Thanks God we got Ed who was just great! He did an EXCELLENT job! Very accurate, very attentive to details, very knowledgeable, we are very pleased with his job and it compensates all Office's faults.

Got 3 estimates for gutters, M&M had the lowest price including a discount for Angie list customers. Scheduled the installation for day I was off but miscommunication caused for the gutters to be done day before when I was not off. Gutters look great and function well. Installers did leave several long gutters nails and metal clips in the yard that I was not happy about because we have dogs and they could have stepped on them. Other than that I was pleased with M&M and would hire again.

I called and they were very responsive. It's done.

Travis from M&M did a very professional job, as did Ervin, the estimator. Ervin did a good job laying out my options and pricing, which I found to be very competitive with the other bids. He was on time and very responsive in addressing my questions. Travis and his team, who did the gutter work, really know their stuff. I am pretty picky when it comes to contractors and the quality of their work and I give these guys a 10 out of 10 for the finished work. I certainly can't say that about all of the contractors I use, but I would use Travis again without hesitation.

The crew was unprofessional in their topics of conversation. They left metal brackets on the ground that could have cut my dog's feet. They did not install the leaf guard and told the salesman that I changed my mind, when I didn't. There seems to be an overall lack of communication between sales and the installers. I ended up having to schedule them to come back to finish the job properly. The salesman did attempt to make it right by giving me a 10% discount, which was appreciated.

M&M Gutters came and put new gutters and siding on my house. They did a fantastic job. They came when they said they would and they were very professional. They did an excellent job on cleanup afterward. The price was very fair. My house looks great and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

This was a big deal purchase. It was really bad. It was pretty awful, actually. They were supposed to clean out the gutters on our roof including the drains. They got on top of there and were running on the roof. It was clogged and they were supposed to clean it out. They were just pushing it over the roof and it was just flying everywhere. There was a huge mess and there were some tile pieces on the roof that came off the roof. They were not careful at all. One, they didn't show up so we had to call ,or something happened with them showing up on time. We had a deadline because we were putting our home on the market and it was a lot of stress anyway. They just did not show up. When I called they were really rude about showing up. Then the owner heard about it and called back. He tried to say he was going to send someone over at this time. He was the one that was nice and tried to make it right. He sent his crew and they were so unprofessional I can't even tell you what they were doing on our roof. There were two or three of them. I don't even know if they did anything. We had dirt and mud. They were just shooting everything off and they did not care where they shot the mess -- it went all over our porch. I feel badly leaving negative feedback because the owner was so nice. It was not the owner, it was the people who worked for him. It was not cheap. We just wanted a fair price and wanted someone who actually cared about what they were doing. The price was probably fair and that is probably why we chose them.

They showed up a day early and Jamie and I discussed the issues I was having. He wanted to blow the debris off the roof but I did not want a big mess in the yard and porches so he swept and used the hose to spray everything to the edge and then hand scooped it out. He filled a three large trash bags and then made sure all the downspouts were clear. There was no big mess and he did a great job. I think it was a lot of $$ for the time spent.

It was okay. It wasn’t anything spectacular. They did what I expected them to do.

I am frustrated because in the quote I was told that the problem area of the gutter needed to be replaced. I paid $200 for that to happen. When they came I received a call half way through the service that they ended up just re-sloping the gutters. I could've paid much less for just a re-slope with other companies.

Worker used gloves to remove leaves and debris instead of a gutter scoop. Worker then took high-pressure hose and sprayed gutter to remove sediment debris, spraying debris all over house, driveway, neighbor's car. For two hundred dollars, this company was by far the most expensive service and I expected more care and professionalism than was demonstrated by the job.

The M&M team did a great job ! While we did have some issues, what matters most is a company that stands behind their work and in this area M&M is tops! Great communication and follow-up is all your can ask for in a company. While this was a relatively small job, we never felt minimized and they live up to their commitments. Good experience. Estimator came when scheduled and crew performed work when scheduled. Work completed as asked for. I was impressed enough when they came for bid that I did not receive other bids but the price seemed fair and received Angie's list discount as promised. Would recommend and use again if needed.
