Description of Work: I bought a deal from an Angie's list email for the cleaning of my rain gutters. They were good about following up with me to set the appointment, but had to reschedule because of weather. | |The did not clean out the front downspout at all, which was the major problem in the first place. I ended up having to take the downspout apart and wash down to get all the stuff unclogged and washed out. | |Seems like this would have been a basic part of the service.

Description of Work: Great service; showed up early, were extremely thorough, communicated issues with our gutters clearly, and were great to work with overall.

Description of Work: Used this company to install some heat coils on our roof so that ice does not build up and create huge icicles. The work seems good (although with the mild winter we only used once) but the price was a bit high for what amounted to a couple feet of heated coil.

Description of Work: Nathan was very patient with me as I presented to him hand drawings of how I wanted aluminum rain gutters installed. He (or his employee?) arrived on the day he'd stated and completed the work that day. He had told me that, due to the angle of the roof line on this old house, wedges would be needed to make the gutters straight. However, he recommended that they install straps to the top of the roof to give the gutter more strength. (Newer homes don't need these.) At first I resisted, but then I called him back and agreed. I resisted because I didn't want the rain gutter to stand out. | |Now that the work is done, I can say that the rain gutter does stand out if you look up at it. But I'm pretty sure nobody else notices the straps. If I still notice them a year from now, I know I can make these unpainted straps virtually disappear with just a touch of brown spray paint where the strap is on the roof, and white paint (same color as the gutter) on a short length that can be seen from below. I know I can do this work in like 45 minutes and it will look great. I suspect, however, I'll quit noticing the straps over time. (BTW, the straps are attached INSIDE the gutter, not OUTSIDE like some. So that helps to hide them.) | |The gutters are properly slanted for drainage. There was one part that was done a bit differently than what I had asked. Nathan said he'd be happy to "correct" it, but advised against it and told me why. Yes, he was right, and so I agreed and let it stay the way it was done. | |I'm very happy with the job. | |Thanks Nathan!

Description of Work: Installed gutters on garage and house. The installed gutters looked exactly as I expected, the installer was professional and courteous and he did not damage any of my newly planted perennials with his ladder. I would recommend M&M Gutters.
