They were very nice, they did a wonderful job, and I would use them again! | | |Only 2 notes (for M&M), on areas to improve: | |- Note to M&M: Installers need to give attn to clean up. Absolutely warm, and great guys, but they left a dumped gutter, and some metal and screws on the ground for me to clean up later. I expected clean up, but they didn't have a shovel or broom. I would have paid extra for full clean up. Just reporting one more level of customer service that would be nice to include. | |- They came one day after we were scheduled, which worked perfectly, but would have been nice to get a phone call, in case I wasn't going to be home.

Description of Work: They did a good job in securing my heat tape and cleaning the gutters but they failed to clean my down spot of the south side now I have ice hanging from the gutters.

Description of Work: The service tech was punctual, and went right to work. It took him a half an hour to forty-five minutes. He used our garden hose and nossel, and went to work. We had some roof patching we had to look at a week or two later. As we got on the roof there was a "u" shaped section of rain gutter of about 30 feet. That section was still filled with debris that we had to vacuum out.

Removed old gutters and drain spouts from rear of house. | |My only problem was they did not make the original day they set for the work. They had to postpone the work for another day and I had to call them |to ask when they were coming to find this out.

Description of Work: The person giving the bid arrived on schedule. However, the work was not performed when it was supposed to be. I had to call twice. I was never contacted by the company to explain delays or to re-schedule no-shows. The work appears to have been done satisfactorily, but I was not pleased that they made no effort to contact me when they couldn't meet the schedule.
