They were professional, prompt, kept the job clean and did a beautiful job. It took some extra work to prep my old floors and they did the work and it turned out perfect. It was a large job and I used huge tiles but they never complained! Jamie responded immediately every time I called. They were busy but fit me in so my cabinets could go in. I will be using them again when I remodel the bathroom!

When I started having some issues a few month after the job was completed, he would not return calls or texts. He won't return my call. I probably have $1000 of warranty work I need him to do, but he has gone MIA. Crazy to think someone could ignore a $100k customer. Stay away from him.

As part of a complete kitchen remodel, I waited for 2.5 months for special order glass tile to arrive. In order to install the range hood, the tile needed to be installed first. Jamie was quick to respond and fit me into his busy schedule because of the situation. His work was perfect and included some very small cuts in several places with delicate glass tile. The wall looks great and i continue to get compliments on his work.

I was anxious to have the tile work done, as I had waited two and half months for the glass tile to arrive and we couldn't install the range hood until after the tile was in place. All of which were the finishing touches to a new kitchen. Jamie said he was very busy, but with just one wall he would fit me in. We scheduled three days out, on the appointed day, he was thoughtful enough to call ahead to tell me he would arrive a few hours later than planned. My design was to run both sides under the cabinets parallel to the counters and run the middle section to the top of the wall perpendicular to the counters, that meant a lot more cuts in glass tile, which can be tricky. Jamie's execution was exact, even the tiny curved pieces at the very top to accommodate for the crown molding are perfect. I will be using Ludwig Tile again for my guest bathroom! His work is outstanding!

Jamie Ludwig takes pride in the work he does, and has a keen eye for detail and design. He was also quite patient with my general contractor regarding scheduling of work. He was very good at keeping me and the general contractor informed of his schedule. He kept his work areas clean and cooperated well with other trade professionals on the job site. His finished work is beautiful and has drawn high praise from those who see it.
