Lifetime Roofing

I hired Lifetime Roofing in 2017 to install new shingles. Almost 5 years later, we found a leak after removing our shower in the master bath. After inspection, we realized that Lifetime Roofing failed to install the metal flashing where the roof meets the stucco wall. We have two areas that were missing the flashing. Our master bathroom is a complete loss, as well as structural damage and stucco damage on the outside. I tried reaching out to have them send someone out to see the job that was done, but they only directed me to call GAF, since it had been more than two years. I sent pictures and asked to have contact with the owner. They will not make things right if it is passed the “two years “. The GAF warranty only covers the roof, not inside damage. Lifetime Roofing is responsible to take care of our damage for their negligence and bad workmanship, but they ignore me. We haven’t had our bathroom for over a year.

Doug did this work at no charge. He performed 2 inspections and sent pictures and comments to my claims agent. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. Top notch communication and timeliness from Doug at Lifetime Roofing.

Doug did the inspection and bid for repairs to my roof in response to a buyers inspection complaint. His crew replaced rotten sheeting, 'bullet proofed' the problem valley area and put new shingles on the entire southeast slope. Thank you Doug and crew!

ON TIME WORK WAS DONE FAST CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired (and PAID) this company to do a small rain-gutter job on our front entry, and they used mis-matched colored pieces! As if that wasn't bad enough. They also didn't run the gutter to the end of the porch, which causes the water to collect on our steps when it rains or storms. They SWORE they would come back to fix it and the NEVER did! I have called dozens of times over this last YEAR and am assured each time I call that they will have someone come, or have someone contact me as soon as possible. They NEVER do! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money, do crappy work, and never think twice. BUYER BEWARE!!

They did very well. Five people came out and it took about three days. The manager explained some of the problems we were having and gave us options to fix. He kept us informed of what he was doing. I would tell a friend a family member to expect high quality standards and excellence in roofing material and proper repair process.
