We called on Monday to see about having central air installed in our house and they scheduled an appt with us for Tuesday. Mike showed up on time(actually he called to see if he could come a little earlier. Mike was very professional and explained all the different options to us for what would work best for our house. He also was able to help us with deal to upgrade our old furnace that we were waiting on. They were able to schedule the service men to come out the next day. Justin, Jesse and Tyler showed up promptly at 9:00 am to start work. They were very professional and courteous the entire time they were here and took a lot of time showing us how everything works. I would definitely use them again.

From from the first phone call to the dispatch number at 8:00 pm until the service man left at 11:30 pm the entire experience was professional and very reasonably priced. The dispatch person, Stacy, was friendly and very helpful with information about who would be contacting me and exactly what the initial visit charge would be for a weekend night call and that the technician would assess the situation and give me a price. Anthony, the on-site service person did exactly that and worked very carefully, making sure to minimize any mess. This was a clogged kitchen sink drain. Once the job was finished the are was probably cleaner than he found it. He provided information about maintenance and preventive services that they could provide but was not pushy in any way. Stacy and Anthony did an excellent job, the company is lucky to have them and I would recommend Scot Hale Plumbing to anyone.

Awesome. Appointment time was a little later than expected but completely acceptable because of a previous job. Wes is great to work with and he brought along an additional 2 guys to make up for the time loss. They were great guys too. The job ended up being bigger than I expected but that's because of Wes noticing other issues the should be done to bring my house up to code. I'm pretty sure Scott Hale will be my #1 go-to for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks again Wes!

It went as expected. They did what they said they would do and were prompt.

Installation appears correct, but: -Plumber failed to clean up metal shavings from his drilling hole in sink for water filter. -Price charged for approx. an hour and a half labor was over $200/hour! An estimate is just that, an estimate. I have paid more than estimated when a job encounters unforseen problems, and similarly, I expect to be charged substantially less than estimated when the actual labor incurred is much less than estimated.

They showed up right away on a very short notice, and, as usual, did a great job for us. We were 100% satisfied.

Professional service, was on time , called prior to arrival. Took the time to explain what he was doing and all aspects of the furnace.

The contractor of the house we built didn't grade the plumbing properly in our home. Because of this we didn't have good drainage and over time the pipes backed up and eventually sewage backed up into our house. It was a mess. Scott Hale came out with their camera and showed us what had happen and what we needed to do. We have to completely redo the main plumbing pipe. This company worked tirelessly, sometimes until after 10 at night to fix our horrible situation. No one would want to go through this, but if you have to, you would want to work with this company. They are professional, reliable, and thorough in what they do. We couldn't be happier with this company

The technician was prompt and thorough and, of course, was able to sell me their long term maintenance program which gives me quarterly inspections, filter changes, drain line inspections etc. It was a sales pitch but probably a good idea too because I wouldn't routinely call them for checking my system if I didn't buy it so I did. And they've been very good at follow-up on that. Unfortunately now I need a new water heater (and I'm sure I do - this one's 10-15 years old) and a new water softener so, combined, there's another $10000. Routine inspections are great but they tend to point out things you wouldn't see otherwise. Expensive! But I appreciate the company and will continue to work with them.

The technician Josh was extremely helpful and thorough, and educated us about the problems with our pipe system that might cause future problems. Extremely reasonable rates for the clean out, but fairly expensive quote for preventive repair. Second option plumber suggested no repair needed.

On 2/3 occasions I called to get an appointment to cash in my maintenance plan and I was scheduled 3-4 weeks out. Days prior to each appointment, they called me to tell me I was being bumped another 3-4 weeks due to "an influx of emergencies and being completely booked." I didn't like it the first time in April, but agreed to it. The other 1-2 times I was fuming and told them it was not fair for me to be bumped for people that chose NOT to do their die diligence and maintain their unit. I felt I didn't have a choice and once again I agreed, but under protest. The gal on the phone offered to mail me a $25 gift certificate, which I said go ahead, but it doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to make work arrangements again. I had my appointment today and either I didn't hear the door or the technician didn't try hard enough. Either way, I called the Company an hour later and got the same story, we're booked and the offered the next appointment in 2+ weeks. Called diff Co.

I wasn't present for the appointment as this was my rental property, but the inspector called me after and went over his inspection and recommendations. He was very friendly and advised that I needed to replace the Pressure Regulator Valve and the Main Shut off Valve and should consider reinstalling a water softener as the damage to the valves was mostly corrosion due to hard water. The service was excellent and the recommendations were accurate and to my expectations. My only concern was the price of the service. To replace the valves above, I was quoted nearly $700. I quick call to 2 other plumbers and their price was around $300. I was shocked at the difference in price over other plumbers. One other concern was that the person who performed the service was supposed to email me his quote and recommendations. I never did receive this. Not a huge deal as I have decided to use someone less expensive, but it was something that was promised and not delivered.

They were really bad. Worst experience I've ever had. The guy came on time, gave me a quote for an inspection for my furnace. He said that my blower was bad and I needed t replace it. But he tried to sell me a whole new furnace and told me my compressor on my AC was bad also and tried to charge me $3500. So I had another man come out and look at my furnace, he looked at it thoroughly and told me the AC coils were bad and he fixed it just by cleaning the coils but I had new coils put in. I spent about $100.

It went really well, his professionalism and service clean up is very good. He was good, professional and he did try to up sell a few things but it was good overall.

It was excellent. The technician was on time, personable, polite, professional, knowledgeable, provided excellent analysis, noted potential problem areas, provided education along the way. Couldn't have been better. I recommend Hale

I thought this company was very professional and kind. The technician was honest and showed me the camera to discuss the problem and solution. I thought it was a more then fair price for coming out on a sunday! They were quick to respond. I will be using them again for maintaince in the future.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They tried to fix it and they couldn't. They gave me an estimate of $1200 to fix it. Initially, when I bought the big deal Angie's List sent an email back asking for service status. I responded to that email. They actually don't pay attention to those. So I had to call them to schedule an appointment because all those dates had gone by and I hadn't heard back from them. So I had to call to make an appointment. But then once I called, they were really helpful and friendly. They set up the appointment pretty quickly actually and came over. The guy was pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

The folks at Hale are unfailingly polite and professional. As each of the jobs was bid, scheduled and completed, my main contact, Phillip, arrived on time, explained every step,of the process, made sure to clean up after doing the work, and made sure I was satisfied. The bid for each part of the work was in writing, and accurate. I was surprised at how smoothly the job was completed. The Hale crew worked efficiently together, used shoe covers and carpet protection, and did everything they could to minimize disruption of my home. The different crews to do different parts of the job worked together smoothly. For the sewer line replacement, Hale used the high-tech bursting technique, using new equipment and recently trained technicians to replace the line in the ground without having to tear up my lawn and driveway. Compared to horror stories I have heard about plumbing repairs, my story was very positive. I recommend Hale Plumbing unconditionally. These guys, especially Phil and Cole, take pride in their work and make it clear that they value their customers and do everything they can to get the job done right.

They called to say the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked permission to come 2.5 hours early. I had company so the technician worked on his own and then reviewed his findings with me. I used them last year to service my A/C, so they had a record of what they'd done before. The cost of the repairs was more than I could currently afford, but I was grateful to know what parts might need replacement in the future.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in dealing with my furnace and central air conditioning. While overall the news was bad about the condition of my old system (not unexpected news) Justin was incredibly professional and honest in his assessment of the situation. He was on time, the dispatch office called me 1 hour before he arrived, and he worked steadily the entire time he was here. He was courteous, professional, wore shoe coverings to protect my carpet, and even interacted well with my little dog! I will definitely use Scott Hale Plumbing again. I was very impressed!
