My husband called them as they were listed as a service provider for our type water heater. Their service from the person who answered to their repair specialist was outstanding. They came quickly and replaced our hot water heater quickly. Excellent work.

They've done everything for me from fixing my shower to installing my toilet. They've always done a good job. The guy that comes is real good.

Beautiful job. Price was reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves, left no mess. Wonderful.

The water heater failed, as is to be expected, on the weekend. I called McBride and several others on Monday morning. His price was the best, and they were able to do the job that afternoon. Some of the others said it would take several days. Unfortunately, a very bad snowstorm hit at lunchtime. McBride called me about 2pm and said he did not think they could get up there as the truck scheduled for the job did not have four-wheel drive. Considering the conditions, this seemed reasonable, and we rescheduled for Tuesday morning. They arrived as scheduled, did the work fairly quickly, and cleaned up so that one could not tell that they had even been there. The bill was as expected. I would certainly hire them again.

My experience was very good. The workman was here the day after I called, did a quick and thorough job and cleaned reasonably well. I was quoted an apparently too-low price on the phone (for a 40 gallon, rather than the 50 gallon I requested) and they didn't hesitate to give me the quoted price, even when I offered to split the difference.

I was satisfied with the work that they did. They were very prompt on getting it done. Both of the workers were nice and they answered all of my questions. They also did a very good job cleaning up.
