Description of Work: We received an estimate from Kleins when shopping for counter tops for our kitchen. Having chosen a different company to save money I now regret my decision. My service just in the bid process was better from Klein's and I feel that my overall experience would have been much better.

+ -1 moreKlein's is who my contractor, Caputo Inc. (kitchen renovation), sent me to. They were terrific to work with, very helpful with an indecisive homeowner and patient with me on my 3 or 4 visits to select a countertop. I ended up with a Silostone product which I love, but they had all the products and brands I wanted to consider. They promptly called me and worked seamlessly with the contractor. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very good installers. My order was delayed by Silostone, but it was worth the little extra wait!

Description of Work: Kleins installed anew siltstone countertop in the kitchen and in three bathrooms. Their product and workmanship was outstanding and it is easy to understand their high ratings. We were very impressed with all of their personnel. The installers were extremely professional and fast. They made sure that we were happily with everything that they had done before we signed off on the job.

+ -1 moreThe countertops were all beautifully done and professionally installed. The sales people were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The job was delayed by three weeks because we wanted the thicker quartz product, which required more lead time from the manufacturer, but the wait was worth it. We highly recommend Kleins.
Description of Work: We had quartz countertops installed in a small laundry area, sink vanity and a long makeup counter. All three areas were custom designed, not a standard rectangle shape.
