We’ve also used them for bigger jobs like moving electrical outlets, doing some rewiring within the home, and upgrading an electrical panel. They’ve always done a great job and charge a fair price. We recently put a new bathroom in our home in the last unfinished part of our basement. To do so, we needed to move the laundry system that was in the unfinished space to another room. Evans Electrical came and ran the necessary electrical lines through various rooms (and ceilings) to make our new plans functional. They also installed all of the needed outlets in the new mudroom/laundry room as well as doing the electrical work in the new bathroom. We worked with various employees/professionals from this company and they all: showed up on time, were efficient workers, were friendly and professional, and showed care and respect for us, our children, and our home. We were consulted about all decisions before any of the work was done which helped us feel confident that we were communicating clearly. I also appreciated that everything was cleaned up well when the jobs were done. The bid we received before the project started came right in at the same price at the end of the job. We found the cost to be very reasonable and they make it very easy to pay with their billing system. The work was also completed faster than we thought it would - which we attribute to their hard-working, efficient work ethic. Not only will we work with Evans Electrical again, we hope to *only* work with them!

They did great work, they were respectful and very considerate. I really appreciated the extra mile they went by coming out when I had a random question. They don't push their business on you and they do things the right way. They Rewired our house so we could get an AC unit installed and they made it look clean and professional. Not to mention, the woman who answers the phone is very kind and helpful! They are fairly priced and very experienced!

I left a message saying I needed to install a 240V outlet in my garage. A few hours later I got a text message saying "we are an electrical company only and we will not be able to install a toilet". I promptly replied with a text explaining clearly that "I wanted a 240V outlet not a toilet". Never heard from them again. Seriously? I can totally understand if they misheard "outlet" as "toilet". But what about the "240V" and the "garage"? Did they really think I wanted a toilet in my garage? What about the clarifying text I sent in clear written English? I am thinking if these guys have such a hard time understanding a client's requirements, what other things about the job are they going to misinterpret and screw up?

They were able to isolate and repair. Fair price, good explanations, hard workers, well-mannered.

Garrison responded very quickly to my call and was at our home within the day. The ceilings fans were installed quickly and function perfectly. I was very pleased. Then I had him check the porch light. It would not turn on with the switch. I thought I would have to replace the light fixture but he quickly determined the problem and saved me the cost of a new fixture. In his professional way he determined that the spa stereo needed to be replaced and I will be calling him back when I decide to replace the system. As for the electrical shock that we had problems with for years, he determined it had never been properly grounded. I am thrilled that my grandchildren will not get shocked and that the hazard is gone.
