 + -1 moreBrandon and his team showed up on Wednesday morning (August 7) between 6:30 and 7:00 as promised. After giving a deposit Brandon introduced me to Ryan, the team leader, who started right away. Ryan oversaw most of the project. Ryan and his team worked systematically tearing off the back side of the roof completely, removing the swamp cooler vent, replacing the plywood, and papering that side before finishing for the first day. There was a small mishap when a tarp, covering the A/C unit from debris, caused the unit to shut down. Ryan showed genuine concern and promptly contacted Brandon. Brandon brought a repair man out that afternoon to take care of the problem. It showed real professionalizim to take responsibility like that. The second day Ryan and his team finished tearing off the front part of the roof and sealing it off. They were done by about 10:30. There was a slight delay (til later that afternoon) while we waited for the supplier to deliver the shingles. The third day Ryan and some others showed up about 7:00 and had most of the shingles installed by about 11:30 that morning. I called Brandon that evening and expressed concern about not finishing by the weekend and that the job seemed near completion. He agreed and came out Saturday morning and finished the job personally. Brandon was careful to make sure he cleanded up well before I gave him the final payment. Overall I am happy with the service I received from Brandon Park Roofing.
Description of Work: Tore off old shingles down to plywood, put new protective barrier and paper on, and re-shingled entire roof. They also removed old swamp cooler vent and turtle vents, fixed holes, and installed a ridge vent the length of the roof.

Description of Work: Brandon gave me an estimate to replace all the ridge caps on my roof. we ran into a problem in the fact that the color of ridge caps i needed were not made anymore. Brandon went out of his way to find them and i had him order them. i felt really comfortable with his concerns and professionalism. he was right on time and the work was exceptional. i would not hesitate to use Brandon again and strongly recommend him to anyone. He was great to work with and always conducted himself very professionally. GREAT JOB BRANDON AND THE ROOF LOOKS FANTASTIC.

I recently had a small warranty-type issue and Brandon was very quick to respond and resolve the matter (at no cost to me eight years after the installation). I would not hesitate to use Mr. Park again.
