Really well was a very difficult job

Efficient, professional and fair price.

The crew showed on time and finished early even with doing more than the original scope. They cleaned up and were gone in 163 minutes. They did an excellent job and stayed hard at it until finished.

Nye's actually answered the phone when I called, scheduled me for a consultation the same week, and performed my tree pruning two weeks later. They did a nice job and cleaned up my back yard perfectly. They are located in Northern Utah, and had to come down to SLC to do my job, so my scheduling options were a little limited, but they went out of their way to work with me.

Well, first off, they were on time. And secondly, from the estimator to the work team, they really listen to what you want done: every tree you want removed, every branch you want trimmed just so, every unruly shrub that needs to be evicted. When the trimming and removal are done, they want your approval to make sure they haven't missed anything. When everything is to your satisfaction, they do a great job cleaning up, leaving one happy customer. This is the second time I have used Nye's service, and both times the results have been excellent. Not only that, the guys are so polite, respectful, and accommodating, they are a pleasure to work with. What more could you ask?

I had recently moved into a new home and needed some trees trimmed. I selected Nye's due to previous reviews. The service they provided lived up to, and even exceeded my expectations. They asked for my concurrence several times during their work to ensure they were trimming the right branches. Some branches had grown into close proximity of my house. They expertly trimmed those branches so they wouldn't strike the house when felled. After their work was complete, they cleaned up my yard and left it in better condition than when they arrived. I highly recommend Nye's Tree and Shrub Service.

Terrible. Sent message via Angie on July 7th. Non resonse. They finally answered my call on August 29th. Despite their add showing they included Sandy, the lady told me they do not include Sandy. I rate their response an F

Came out right away and gave me the bid within hours of visiting. We set a date and they arrived at exactly the agreed to time and did a beautiful job.

Service was prompt and professional. Was actually able to do the job a few days earlier than originally scheduled. The tree was quickly downed and removed. We had the stump ground out to allow the space to be planted in grass. The tree had damaged the sidewalk and overlapped the sidewalk, but Nye was able to remove almost all of it. This is the second time we have used them and are very satisfied with their service. We have had other tree companies do similar work at a lower price, but it was strung out over several weeks and caused us to doubt whether the people we had hired were properly qualified.

This was my first experience with a tree service, and Troy Nye made sure it was a pleasant one. He answers the phone personally when you call, and is happy to provide free estimates and answer any questions you may have. His crew did a great job of removing a Cottonwood and a Russian Olive from my back yard, and cleaning up afterwards. A wide swath of lawn was flattened from the street to the trees, but I had expected that. If I have a need for tree services in the future, this is the guy I'll call.

Everything went as planned and promised.

Ice storm damaged tree to the point it had to be removed. Parts of it were leaning on another tree and hanging over the sidewalk. Nye was responsive and got the work done rapidly. Only problem was the ground was wet and the equipment created some ruts but couldn't be avoided under the conditions.

Called them in the morning. Came to see the project in early afternoon, couple of hours later the crew came back and cut down 5 trees. 2 apple trees were cut down and the stumps dug out.

They were excellent and did a great job. The technicians did not let us talk them out of what they knew they needed to do. They did a professional job and we were very pleased with them. I am so glad we inquired and I will use them again in the future.
