What keeps me going back to them is the results and the price. They're prompt and customer oriented. The preventative maintenance takes about an hour to complete, and installs they can do in a day. The workers that come out are good, fantastic, it's awesome.

Chaned out blown capacitor in less than 20 minutes. Service charge was high @ $97, however they were very responsive when I called on a Saturday morning, showing up within an hour of my call.

It was with great pleasure that I was given Hustad Mechanical as a reference from my home warranty company. Hustad Mechanical received my call, made an immediate appointment, and arrived on time. The first call was an overall inspection and winter check-up that was done by two friendly and energetic men. One of my two heaters was from 1979 and needed replacement. The men that did the seasonal check-up gave me details of the two types of heaters they carried and a general (very reasonable) ballpark of the cost. My husband and I expressed interest and the owner of the business, Harvey, was over within and hour to discuss further. Harvey was wonderful to work with as he provided information on the heaters that were appropriate for our situation -- and did so with no pressure. It was as if an old friend came over for a visit. After doing our own research, we called Harvey early the next morning and asked him to begin the process of getting the new heater. The heater came in quickly and was installed, the other removed, in less time than predicted by two competent mechanics -- and without any mess left behind. I was given brief and clear instructions on how to operate the thermostat and set its timer. To top it all off, Harvey came past a couple days later with all of the paperwork I needed to fill out in order for HIM to send off to get us our rebate! It is because of all of these experiences, and the fact that I love doing business locally, that I highly recommend Hustad Mechanic.
