This company has absolutely no customer satisfaction follow up program at all in place. If you have an issue with quality, you abandoned to fight with the installer who is a subcontractor. Eventually things were made right but for the money I paid I expected much much more than I got.

The communication was thorough and the work was done in a timely manner. We totally liked their start to finish service.

Utah flooring was very good until there was a cracked threshold installed. I called them several times to take care of and they continued to say next week. Still waiting for that to be replaced. The initial work was great the product was good overall I am happy. I know cracked threshold is no big deal but I want it completed with no boo-boos. They Followed up and I'm pleased with their work

I was delighted with the work and the professionalism. I only needed one small bedroom carpeted and I even had the padding and carpet, but Jim performed the job as if it were a whole house and expensive job to do. It looks very nice and I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring done.

I had problems after the install. There were bubbles and it was difficult to get this resolved. On the initial installation the guy was late and forgot his fan when he knew he needed to float the floor. The appointment made to repair the bubbles, he didn't show, and I waited 2 hours. Contacted the owner and after the second call he didn't answer my calls.

They responded very quickly, made the appointment when it was convenient for us and then arrived on time (in fact a little early). They performed the work professionally and cleaned up after they were finished. Very pleased with their service.
