Did a good job! Reasonable in price

Couldn’t be happier with my carpet choice and installation. The carpet was delayed, but made sure to keep me in the loop and updated with changes. Great experience, from quote with Jack Esper to installation and follow up.

Guys were quick friendly did a great job

They hired a subcontractor who did a very good job. However, the subcontractor called me a week after the job was done to ask if I was satisfied because Utah Flooring was refusing to pay them.

Great installer, Gonzalo Company was very fast

My experience was great, start to finish. There was a hold up with my carpet, but they kept me updated on everything. My carpet looks amazing and I’ll be calling again for future projects.

Chris was great. He explained the process to us clearly and answered all our questions.

Missed appointments when I took a vacation day, missing materials, wrong materials, shoddy craftsmanship, damaged moldings, bad transitions between existing carpet and new flooring, unauthorized charges to credit card, and terrible customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!

I had a very good experience with this company. Everything from sales to install was just fine, at a fair price. I had a minor problem getting a wall register back on the wall, so they came out and fixed it for me within a day or two. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Coordination with the installer was poor. We were given a window which was missed by nine hours. Final,job was good, but we wasted a whole day waiting for the installer.

It has been smooth sailing from the beginning. Paul went out of his way to bring samples to my house repeatedly and the installers have been nothing but professional and efficient. I would recommend Steve's Crew everyday! This was over a 2000 sq ft job and I am extremely happy. Thank you Utah Flooring & Design!

They were clean, professional and did very good work

I would not use this company or recommend them to anyone. They use subcontractors and have no quality control over their work. The preparation was done well however the product used to finish the floor was terrible. We asked for the strongest most durable product and what we got was the complete opposite. The sealer used is extremely soft and scratches very easily. In fact our 4 year old daughter can scratch the finish by sliding a cardboard jigsaw puzzle on the floor. The company has no idea of what was used and was only able to guess as the subcontractor is free to use whatever product they wish. There is no quality control or assurance at all. When we tried to resolve the issue we were met with pure ignorance. Use this company with extreme caution.

I absolutely loved the service, quality, and speed they delivered for the project. I am going to have them work on many other projects we have coming up. I can't recommend David enough.

There was poor communication with the sales person I talked to initially and dates promised on install. I went with this company because of the price and how quick I could get it installed. Time went from 2 weeks promised to 4 weeks actual install. Installers were great. Very knowledgable and efficient.

This company agreed to come and never showed up. I waited over a month for their service. Still have not had my carpet stretched

They didn't show up the day they were supposed to start. Promised they would still finish on time. Next day only sent one guy to do demo & install on our 7 bedroom house. Ended up short ordering the carpet which delayed completion a week. No one seemed to care. They didn't return phone calls. But as soon as The Job was complete, they contacted me daily for payment.

I asked Utah Flooring and Design to re-stretch the carpet in my home. They arrived on time for the appointment and accomplished the job quickly. It is so nice to not see the carpet bulged up

Workers were great, hard working and on time.

The first installer did not show up even though he texted twice that he was on his way. The project manager assured that a second installer was 30 minutes away when in actuality he had advised the project manager that he was 4 hours away. Most communications to the company were not responded to.

They seem a bit disorganized. Initially scheduled to begin work on Friday complete Saturday. Changed to Thursday and Friday without consulting me beforehand causing a change in plans but work was completed as expected and job was done well by a subcontractor.

From the first contact with Chris Tease, the sales rep the company was friendly, competent, followed up and provided good suggestions. Victor, the tile installer did excellent work, was neat, kept the job site clean and organized, which I greatly appreciated. Scheduling. project management, and billing all were professional and followed up immediately, I highly recommend this company.
