The work was great, but wood floor job was too large for one person. Only full crew on one day. The owner said he would check in on the job, but once the project started he was not around. On the last day the owner called the carpet installer to pick up the final payment instead of calling me, requesting that I give the check to the carpet installer. I,then had to make a call to the owner to see if this is what he requested. The work was great, but the customer service was lacking.

it was a small job that most companies would not even bother to come out - it was not a money maker. But your company sent a technician who did exactly what was needed to be done by the previous installer (who was paid in full, promise to return, but NEVER came back. There are two other small jobs that still need to be finished (that was five years ago!). Paul said he would take care of it for us and come back even though it is not a big money project. Thank you.
