Truly Nolen does a great job with pest control inside and outside the home.

The technician is always pleasant does whatever is needed. My only complaint is that they always set up appointments through a phone message==hard to make changes.

They are doing a great job. I don't see bugs, spiders or ants.

Quick and thorough. Just like I like it. And if you find a spider in your home they have no problem coming back :)

We have been with Truly Nolen for about 15 years. Tried another service but wasn't satisfied. Techs are professional and courteous. Rated as a B because over the last year they have not called to schedule service, they just show up. I have had to call them to come back and do interior. But other than that I am very happy with their service.

They do a very good job. You do have to remind them to do the inside of the house as well. If you don't have a huge pest infestation though I wouldn't use Truly Nolen. They are a lot more money than other companies

I think the Moles moved from my yard to the next and they are back again, along with bringing along some rats. I've asked for another quote for ridding the rats. I'm afraid they will move from my yard to the next and back again too.

They continue to charge us even though our agreement was over. We tried to contact them, left messages etc, no call backs. We even talked to our guy, he said he will have to check with the office and never got back to us. All we wanted to know was when our service was over. They came over anyway and then charged us. They called to collect and when we explained what happened, they said, let me get back to you. Never did and they still send us the bill. Don't use them.

It was horrible they seem like they know what they are doing my tech came out on september 26th sprayed some powder then said he would be back in 1 week to look at the problem and retreat if need be well a week came and went on I called the office to cancel this is not professional and it's giving my problem the potential to grow even bigger the manager called me and said we can have someone come out on the 10th of October way past a week's visit so they came out sprayed again and put out traps for the roaches the tech said ok I'll be back on October 18th if not then the 19th I said ok well here we are well pasts the date and the problem has gotten worse they said getting rid of these pests are a partnership and we both had to hold up our ends of the bargin if I wanted to get rid of the problem well I held up my end but they did not I called today and canceled my services the manager called me and said well can I come out with another Tech I said no for what you guys will come out this one time and not follow up in a week like you are supposed to you guys are vary unprofessional and have made the issue worse because you do not follow up thus giving the issue time to grow instead of helping me get rid of it they are a joke

Price was, I thought, a little high - but half what some other folks were asking. They came when they said they would, did what they said they'd do - I can't ask for more than that. I'm very satisfied.

They were very punctual - brought 3 guys and went over the premises, into crawlspace and in small cubby behind walls to ensure that all areas that could be reached would have powder and poison bait for mice. They went around outside foundation and sealed any areas where mice might be able to enter the building. They were very thorough and explained the process over the phone and as they were doing the job. They also gave a 90 day guarantee and stated that if we had a problem within that period they would come back for free.

I have used them for about 10 years. They always take care of any pest control needs. They always do a great job. I have recommended them to several people.

we've used them for the past year or so. It started because we noticed a mouse or two in our house. They quickly assessed the problem, CLEANED IT UP, and helped get rid of future mice. I know of 2 they removed. But they also did a thorough cleaning of the mouse droppings in the basement. We signed up for the yearly service, which covers all pests. We've been pest free all year. They do an outside treatment and I believe it must have had an impact on the yellow jackets because we had FAR LESS than in years past. We moved recently and they just transferred everything over to the new place. I have neighbors who use others for less money, but I'm concerned with quality. Been very pleased so far and will continue to use them. The only problem we ever had is that early summer we had a problem with ants, which we've never had before in the past 8 years. They came and assessed the problem and said it was taken care of. I noticed a couple of ants, maybe 2 or 3 over a couple of days. They came out again and strategically placed some bait near our garbage can in the kitchen. That did the trick and we no longer saw any ants for the rest of the season. They assess and treat 4 times per year inside and out. One other thing I really like is that for the past year, we've had the same technician come every time- I haven't noticed any employee turnover and he is really professional and knowledgable. They've been great for us.

I had them for a while. If you saw some bugs, they would spray inside. They were generally good, they kept their appointment, they showed up on time, and they got in and out. The only thing was that they were more expensive than some of the others. I would use them in the future if their prices became more competitive.

They’re very reliable. They come when they say they will. Their services are usually really nice. They explain what they’re doing and they ask what I need. I will use them again in the future if I need to.
