Rafael was wonderful. Knowledgable and easy to work with. It was a very delicate dryway project. He understood the problem and offered an inovative solution. He exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed having him and his assistant in our home.

We rearranged our plans and drove an hour to the property to meet them for an estimate. The young man who showed up, Rafael, was very unprofessional and suspicious in his demeanor. He also did not speak english very well. He tried convincing me the job was going to take at least 2 weeks when several other contractors told me it would be around 5 days. As soon as he realized I was not naive and someone he could take advantage of, he left and never responded with any type of estimate. I'm shocked this company has such great reviews on here. The project in fact did not take 2 weeks to complete in the end so it seems he snuck away when caught in a lie.

They were fast and did really good work, Cleaned up after themselves. I will ask them to come help on our next project. Thank you RPL

I found RPL Remodels after getting completely burned by another contractor. I told Rafael when he came to give me a bid I needed him to finish off a job someone else didn’t finish, plus I had a few other projects I needed done around the house (drywall repair throughout the house and painting a basement apartment). He didn’t question me or make me feel like the bad guy - just let me show him what I needed done. Working with Rafael was a complete 180 from my previous contractor. He was kind, answered all my questions/was prompt in answering texts, set up a tent to prevent dust from going everywhere with drywall repair, cleaned up after himself, and when all was said and done the jobs he did looked fantastic. He gave a competitive bid, especially with some last minute add-ons to the job, and I’m very happy with the work he did and his customer service. Hire him if you want to work with a genuine guy and have a job well done!

There was a major communication error on our part. Rafael was most professional and patient when dealing with our inability to figure out just what we needed and were not patient. The recommendations for their work are excellent but I feel it is important to comment on great customer service.

The price was good, and the work was done in 3 to 4 days (plus, they worked around my schedule). If I had questions or concerns, they were addressed. We saved a few weeks of work, and it was well worth it.

Im happy to made my project with RPL the guys are ver professional i had a very big damage of Water leak on my living room end RPL replace everything so fast and clean. When i genial home everything was almost done im so happy i will hire them again for remodel my bessemant

The people at RPL were professional, they were quick to communicate and provided superior craftsmanship. It was a pleasure working with them. They hit every date they provided to me and Im extremely happy I went with them.

They will come back and complete the trims and baseboards. So far the drywall and painting are done and they both went really well. They are easy to work with and the price is very decent. They do a great job and very accomodating. They used their own ceiling paint and primer at no extra cost. You would love them. I would hire them again.
