+ -1 moreVery unorganized. No communication between field hands and office. Sales man could not measure had to pay for more footage. They would repeatedly tell me work would be done and it was not. Very unprofessional. From the time they said would start and finished was 1 month.
Description of Work: R&L was contracted to put in a post and rail fence in front of my property.

+ -1 moreThe job went well as planned. They did the haul away and set the posts in concrete and then came back later to install my fence. Also, when I drove up to the house during the project, I noticed that a section was obviously not set level in the concrete. Apparently they had sloped this one segment on purpose, but I told them I'd like it to be level on top. They were able to quickly straighten the section because the concrete was not completely hardened. About a month later, a bunch of the caps on the fence posts blew off in the wind. I called the company and they sent out the crew the very next day to apologize about forgetting to glue the caps. They fixed it that very minute with new caps.
Description of Work: Had old decaying cedar fence removed and hauled away. Installed new 6' white vinyl privacy fence around entire property (191 feet total). Also had a 12' long x 4' high vinyl gate installed across my driveway. Price includes a $500 haul away fee for the old fence, not including concrete. As they disclosed on my bid, they only dug out old concrete when it was in their way.
