Ricky, Ryan, Trapper, and Brandon did a great job installing our new shower. We live in an old home and the shower had previously been re-done, but the tiling job wasn't good quality so we had problems with water leaking through to the walls and floor. 5-star did a great job replacing all the parts that had damage, and they did a superb job installing the shower and making sure that it was completely sealed. We're confident that this time our shower will last forever. They did all of this in just one day. Thanks guys!

The installation was scheduled to take 2 days. James, Brandon & Teegan stayed overtime and finished in one day. Communication, Installation and the Finished product was excellent. 3 Safely rails were installed at just the correct position and height. Everything was cleaned up as if they were working on their own project. 3day Kitchen and bath did not return my calls. We bid the project in January; I would say it was 4 Month 5 Star Kitchen and Bath and one day, however the wait was worth it......

Ricky did the bath install along with Ryan, Matthew and Froylan. I can't say enough good things about them. Ricky was meticulous and the install exceeded my expectations!

This is a preliminary rating. We met with Tim Wagaman to discuss enlarging our shower, installing new flooring, vanity and cabinets. And removing a jetted tub. Tim was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He drew everything up and had a cost for us right away. We signed the order so we'll give another review when the work is done. We're excited to get this started.

Dave Adamson made two visits so that we could get the estimate done correctly. He is knowledgeable and had solid information. My hope is that the bathroom install is as strong as the estimate and sale. (I'll keep you posted)

Dave Adamson came to our home to give us an estimate for a walk in shower. We informed him that we are using VA benefits and will have to make up the differance between the VA award and the total cost. He informed us that he has a special package price for veterans in this situation. Dave is very personable and pleasant and he knows his stuff. The shower he designed for us is just what we wanted. He has a great deal of experience and is honest in all his dealings. We are now having Dave install new windows in our home. I know that the installation will be as professional as the shower is. I would call him for any work that I need done. And we have other projects that I would not hesitate asking him to do for us. Excellent service and a very caring and talented person.

Chandler and Trapper were our installers, and they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my new bathroom shower and sink. Beautiful workmanship and quality product. I would highly recommend 5 Star Kitchen and Bath and Chandler and Trapper.

We needed a new shower and bathroom sink in our master bathroom. Got 3 estimates. Brad Watson from 5 Star gave the best presentation. He was very helpful in designing a senior friendly shower while also keeping the costs down. We have hired them to remodel our bathroom.

I have an odd bathroom in a very old house. They helped me with a tricky remodel and did a fantastic job at a VERY reasonable cost. They completed the work fast and kept in touch with me throughout the project making sure that I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them! They keep their promises.
