The tension spring broke which made it almost impossible to open my garage door manually. Doormasters had replaced the spring on a different door so I called them. Roger was very helpful and professional. Once the spring was replaced, he took the time to lubricate all the panel hinges as well as adjust the lift and close settings. Do: Call doormasters Don't: Try to replace the spring yourself
