Westroc

This was an unreal experience in pouring concrete! I’ve done a number of jobs for myself and friends over the last twenty years but this pour toped them all. First off the driver was on time! He was also very courteous and professional and even advised us of a few (obvious to him) mistakes before we made them. The driver Corey, mentioned that he had done the work for a number of years before he started delivering it. He was great to work with as the chutes were not able to reach where I thought they would and we had to wheelbarrow the cement back- taking quite a bit longer I thought, but he didn’t seem to mind and shrugged it off. Hopefully Westroc doesn’t mind hearing that, I know they have a schedule, but this man’s performance and attitude just bought them a customer for life! As well as a good word to anyone I know! He then managed to clean the chutes and truck in a wheelbarrow without leaving the slightest bit of mess on the property. I mean he did a better job on this truck than most people do on their cars! I mentioned that and replied that his work and the truck were both a reflection of the company and of himself! (I liked that, Id hire the company again, heck Id hire him as a person to my own company). If any of this makes you wonder “so?” then you haven’t hired others- most want the mix out of the truck and you better keep up. Then their gone, all but a mess. This company and driver are a class act indeed! Oh did I mention it was also the best price I found?
