+ -1 moreI was not in a big hurry, but I called every few weeks to see if he had learned anything. Generally I left a message with the ladies in his back office (his cell phones forwards to the office) and I never heard back. I did the research on my on after a few months. I reached him to say don't bother researching and said I would still like to have the vault drained. It was late winter, so we agreed spring would be better. I tried again in the spring and left multiple messages with no return. They always just said he was away at a job site. I have little sympathy since it is perfectly acceptable to just tell me he is too busy to call back, but they did not. If I showed any frustration when calling the person in the back office seemed annoyed I was taking up their time. I looked for another company and soon found someone who actually provides customer service. See my other reviews.
Description of Work: I have an old well and some water tank equipment in the house I recently bought. I was interested to see if the well might be usable for irrigation. I learned of them from a contractor helping with some remodeling. I contacted him and he came out to see the well. There is a concrete underground vault that was full of water, so the well casing was not visible. He suggested returning and draining the vault to check if the casing could be accessed. We also talked about researching water rights and he said he could help.
