Description of Work: Replaced our AC and Heating units. It was a good experience. I would love to have more professional people coming, meaning, workers who are look better in appearance, but that is a bit judgemental, they did the work and have followed up very nicely. There price was competitive and their salesman was responsive.

The service guy showed up as expected but after looking at our furnace refused to perform any service. Condemned the furnace and shut it down stating the heat exchange was cracked and it was a health hazard. However they would sell me a new furnace that could be installed immediately. I said no thanks I would like a second opinion. My husband and I each called another HVAC company. Both of the second opinions found nothing wrong with furnace. One of them turned it back on, cleaned it and reminded us "Buyer beware!"
Description of Work: This was an Angie's List coupon for HVAC cleaning and prep for winter.

He installed on a muddy day, he laid tarps down so that he wouldn't make a mess. We had a problem with the furnace at first. The came and made everything right. They worked with me on the price.
