+ -1 moreIt was very nice to work with Kris at Western Mechanical for our major renovation project. We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the final product. We had a major job as the whole house was being redone. I was formally the general contractor for the project and they worked nicely along with and around the other contractors. It was nice to have at least one thing that we didn't have to worry much about. In the end, we love the final product which works wonderfully. I would be very happy to recommend them.

I'm a very curious person when it comes to these things, so I asked hundreds of questions, and they were willing an happy to answer all of them. The price was honest, and they even cut me a reduction because the job lasted longer than they had originally estimated.
Description of Work: We had to redo the entire A/C system in our house because it was woefully undersized when it was built.

Description of Work: These guys are incredible! I bought a new home where the A/C wasn't cooling well and they've been great helping me get it up and running. They replaced some ducting and worked on the unit, and then when there were additional problems in the next week or so, they came back at no cost. Very professional and did a great job. I'll use them for all my HVAC needs.

Description of Work: I had them come early in the season to tune the A/C. When I had troubles two months later, they just said you really can't tune it before the hot water hits, but the fees were not discounted. It was $69 to walk in the door. That seems really high to me - especially for a return visit.

Description of Work: I've had hit and miss service with Western Mechanical. They are better than most in my area though. Our air conditioning system has had issues loosing feon for the last few years. I've known it was a leak somewhere in the system and told the tech that that came out that I thought that was the issue. He did leakchecks and check the whole system quite a few times and there was nothing found. This year when it was time to tur the AC on it had the same problem. Finally they found the leak and patched it.

+ -1 moreIt was difficult to determine exactily what was going wrong. I believe the cost would have been lower if the problem was located sooner. The techs were excellent with many years of experience. I have used others in the area, and they show up without any tools! Western had tools testing equipment and experience. Highly recommend them. I wish the cost would have been lower, but the furnace was not a local brand and the control panel had to be ordered.
